PUC Details $179 Million Distribution of Gas Drilling Impact Fees

Total Impact Fee Distribution Tops $2.7 Billion to Pennsylvania Communities. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) today posted detailed information about this year’s distribution of impact fees on natural gas producers – totaling $179,634,750 – on the PUC’s Act 13 website.
