In these six weeks, we will lead you through exercises of self-discovery, introduce you to new topics and ideas to ponder, provide resources to learn more on your own, then teach you how to put all of your newfound knowledge to practical use in the workplace and life.

We will be meeting each Tuesday at 12pm to 1:30pm. Our first session will begin on Tuesday, January 14 and run through Tuesday, February 18, 2025. During the two weeks before the final session and presentations, there will be one on one meetings with Ellen and Meagan.

Come in with an idea of what you want and how you want to get there (or just knowing that you don’t want to stay (mentally/emotionally) where you are) and leave with confidence and clarity about your next steps.
