WC Welding Services

WC Welding’s Skilled Laborers are trained on the job to perform equipment maintenance and hookups as well as pipeline assembly in the Oil/Gas Industry. As a member of WC Welding’s Paint Crew daily tasks include Sandblasting, Priming, and Painting equipment in the field.
• Secure and safely transport equipment
• Install and make repairs including confined space entry
• Dig pits and lines
• Operate high pressure power and sandblasting equipment
• Install and repair piping, valves, pumps, motors
• Install and repair pipelines
• Repair dikes, perform general ground work around well sites
• Perform access road upkeep and maintenance
• Maintain safe work habits and deliver on expectations from customers
• Drive to and from work sites safely and efficiently
• Operate equipment as needed
• Setting and hooking up production equipment
• Daily documentation

WC Welding Services does not require experience in the Oil/ Gas Industry however, we do require the following:

• Applicants will be required to take and pass a drug test at time of application
• Applicants should be aware random drug testing is practiced maintaining workplace and personal safety
• A clean driving record is required as employees will operate company vehicles
• Applicants must be available for early start times to accommodate necessary travel to well/ work sites (Lakewood is in Wayne County located approximately 20 Miles from Honesdale, PA via PA-670N/ PA-247N.)
• Applicants must have reliable transportation to our Lakewood location
• Employees are required to wear “FR’s” or Flame-Retardant Clothing

WC Welding’s Skilled Laborers are compensated well above the industry average including generous overtime wages. While starting pay is based on experience WC Welding prefers to execute on the job training therefore all individuals are encouraged to apply regardless of experience. WC Welding invests in our Employees by accommodating a Safety Certification course including OSHA or PEC Safeland Certification.
WC Welding Employees must be available to work:
• Start Time: 5:00 – 6:00 a.m.
• Work Week: 50 + Hours – Frequently Working Weekends
