She specializes in building psychological safety\, amplifying worker voice and creating environments where people have the trust and confidence to speak up\, question risk and stop work before someone gets hurt.  Before entering the EHS profession\, Aron spent more than a decade teaching psychology and sociology — a foundation that continues to shape how she helps organizations understand human behavior inside complex work systems.
